Software for English language schools in Cyprus

From Nicosia and Limassol to Larnaca and Paphos, English language schools in Cyprus prepare students for Cambridge, IGCSE and GCE exams alongside their school year. The busy months — September registrations and the spring exam season — are exactly when the office has the least time for spreadsheets.

Greek tools are built around myDATA, the Greek tax authority's e-invoicing platform. A Cypriot school has no myDATA obligation, so it pays for a workflow it does not need. Simple Class keeps the records a Cypriot school does need: who paid which month, who is overdue, who attended, and what every parent was told.

The founder is based in Cyprus: support is a Cyprus mobile on WhatsApp or Viber, in Greek or English, and a demo can happen in person.

• Monthly fees marked paid or overdue automatically — reminders only to families who owe
• Classes by level (A1–C2) and age, attendance from the teacher's phone
• Announcements for exam dates and schedule changes that every parent receives

Every feature and price is on the English school software page, or watch how it works.

Questions Cypriot language schools ask

Do I need myDATA for a language school in Cyprus?

No. myDATA is the Greek tax authority's platform and applies to businesses in Greece. A Cypriot φροντιστήριο keeps its own payment records, which Simple Class does for you, with a monthly report for your accountant.

Is the software in Greek?

Yes. Everything is in Greek and English; teachers and parents each choose their language.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price in euro by school size, from €29, with every feature included. The first 3 months are free and no card is needed to start.
